Tamuka has been involved in the renewable energy space since 2006 as Director of Alt-e Technologies. He was instrumental in the formation of AE-AMD that has 2 solar projects from the Round 1 DOE Bid.

In 2012 Tamuka was part of the team that formed REESCO with the sole aim of providing full management services to renewable energy projects under the REIPPP programme.

He is an Investment Banker by profession with over 16 years of experience holding key positions in some of the financial houses including a stint as CEO of HSBC Securities Zimbabwe; Head: Derivatives Trading, HSBC and later SCMB Securities.

Tendai has more than 9 years working in renewable energy projects. He is passionate about renewable energy and its increasing role into mainstream power generation projects providing a sustainable use of our natural resources.

Economic Development Specialist / Business Development

STEPHEN MUREFU MCom, BCom (Hons), BCom
Stephen has more than 9 years of experience in financial services sector as an investment professional. He is a social entrepreneur at heart with a desire to help ordinary people participate in mainstream economy. He joined REESCO as the Economic Development Specialist to develop and implement Socio Economic Development plans on behalf of project owners. He is currently implementing the SED plans for 2 solar projects in Douglas: AE AMD IPP1 & AE AMD IPP3, Northern Cape.

Financial Manager

OLWETHU NASE BTech
Olwethu has over 9 years accounting and auditing experience. She is responsible for Financial Management services of the various companies that REESCO manages; Trusts, and project companies.

Assistant Accountant / Administrator

NOSITHEMBISO MPUMLWANA Diploma (Cost & Management Accounting)
Nosithembiso has over 5 years of experience, including in financial services sector. She is an assistant to the accountant and is also involved with the Socio Economic Development work.

Senior Financial Manager

OLIVER MUFUDZE, Chartered Accountant

Oliver has extensive working experience in the following areas; external audit, financial accounting, financial management and taxation. Oliver qualified after graduating from the University of South Africa and serving Articles of Clerkship with a Baker Tilly International firm of Chartered Accountants. In the last 10 years, he has held progressively senior positions from Audit Manager, Group Financial Accountant and Financial Controller.

Oliver is responsible for all Financial Management aspects of the various companies, trusts and projects managed by REESCO.
